Decoupled Lead Time (DECOUPLEDLEADTIMEDAYS) is not being calculated (value is NULL or isn't changing) at an internal product/location even though DDADJUSTEDADU is > 0 in at least one period in the planning horizon.

NOTE: an internal node is one where there is at least one downstream location that the location in question sources.
