• No email received by onboardee to sign documents
• Error in Business Process tile for document creation
• Error: Illegal character in name: 'Form Name'. for FormId ABC

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete PDC Step and Additional data collection step
2. Expect to receive email from DocuSign to sign documents
3. No email received
4. Candidate cannot proceed with process

Document was not generated to candidate and error in business process tile: Error: Illegal character in name: 'Form Name'. for FormId ABC

1. Downloaded affected form FormId ABC
2. Change Placeholder Form Name to FormName so no blank space exists
3. Upload form again to Maintain Onboarding Offboarding templates
4. Check mapping is correct
5. Check signatures are mapped
6. Then navigate to business process tile
7. Open the affected error for the process 
8. Click restart on the task
9. Now if form was corrected it should flow without error
