3100382 - Complete Phone Number not captured on Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form - Onboarding

• Pennsylvania Residency Certification compliance form is not picking up the complete phone number.  
• The Phone number captured for the employees using 3 different fields Country Code, Area Code and Phone Number.
• The compliance form is only picking up the value of the Phone Number

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1.  Initiate ONB for a candidate
2. Complete PDC
3. Compliance form for PA is triggered
4. Pennsylvania compliance form does not show true phone number
5.  Phone area code and country code is missing

Area code, country code were not included in the code to display on PA Compliance form for phone number

Engineering team made change to Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form code to capture phone area code and country code on the form
