3100456 - Collaboration Window "Server 500 Error" while login

You are trying to logon to the SAP Collaboration Window and you are getting a "Server 500 Error."

Logon to the Collaboration Window and wait for the error.

Due to  TLS 1.2 additional entries in the registry might be required.

If you are unsure please contact your IT department to make those entries into the Windows registry:

• First entry:
