3100804 - UNMOUNT database command (issued by Delphix) hangs with is error in ASE logs "database already shut down"

Symptom

When using Delphix application which executes the UNMOUNT database command, it hangs with error in ASE logs "database already shut down".

00:0016:00000:01376:2021/07/27 08:45:17.31 server  Database MIZ_VDB_13_MX with dbid 11694 is already shut down.
