3100995 - Recruiting External not available under statement configuration - Recruiting Management

When trying to create a Data Privacy Consent Statement, the option to Recruiting External is not displaying.

The checkbox "Enable external data privacy agreement set up, and require acceptance on external candidate registration (requires Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA))" in Provisioning is disabled.

In order to be able to create the Data Privacy Consent Statement, the checkbox "Enable external data privacy agreement set up, and require acceptance on external candidate registration (requires Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA))" should be ticked so that it will grant you the permission to create statements for candidates. Without this checkbox, it won't display the statement when the candidate is creating their profile at all, which with the statement created in Admin Center would cause the candidate profile creation to fail.
