3101073 - Null-pointer exception in SL SDK when

Symptom

Null-pointer exception in the SL SDK when saving a BLX file.

The exception only happens under certain conditions which are the following:

* Only occurs when connecting the universe to certain databases (all Oracle 12 using JDBC)

* Only occurs when running the SL SDK based tool as standalone JAR from Command Line - not when running from Scala SBT REPL.

- Only occurs if the universe has SQL LoVs that are referenced by some BL Items. It does not occur just because the BLX contains SQL LoVs. Note: We have all our LoVs in BLX and none in DFX.
