3101332 - Upgrade denied to protocols [websocket] for resource : SCC issue

Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) connection to backend resource fails with the below error from SCC trace (ljs_trace.log/scc_core.trc):

#com.sap.core.connectivity.protocol.http.handlers.HttpAuthorizationHandler#tunnel-client-41-1#0xdc61435a#Access allowed to <<Resource_name>>
Upgrade denied to protocols [websocket] for resource <<Resource_name>>
In case this was a valid upgrade request, ensure to allow the upgrade in your Cloud Connector.
