3101383 - Unable to add RFQ Type: Int. Sourcing Req. (RQ) in SSCUI 104221 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Error 'You've selected a predelivered value that cannot be changed' displayed when attempting to add the entry "Int. Sourcing Req." with "NoRgeInt" set as 70.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to SSCUI 104221 Define Document Types for RFQs and select "Configure."
  2. Attempt to create new entries, selecting Type as "RQ" and "NoRgeInt" as 70. Save the changes.
  3. Encounter an error 'You've selected a predelivered value that cannot be changed'.

Cause

1XF - Request for Price is not active

Resolution

Raise a request in the component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV to Activate 1XF - Request for Price

Once activated, entries with Type "RQ" and "NoRgeInt" as 70 can be successfully saved in SSCUI 104221.
