3101455 - Order Reason field missing in Web dynpro app Journal entry Analyzer

Symptom

You have to create a data source extension "YY1_***" and wants to extend the Order reason field but it does not get reflected in Web Dynpro App Journal Entry Analyzer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open App Customer fields and Logic.
  2. Go to Data source extension tab.
  3. Create a extension for data source I_GLACCOUNTLINEITEMCUBE.
  4. Drill down on Sales document.
  5. Select Order reason checkbox to extend the order reason field.
  6. Press the Save button.
  7. Press the Publish button.
  8. Go to App Journal Entry Analyzer.
  9. Search for the field Order Reason. 

 

Resolution

Order Reason field is available as the attribute of the field "Sales Order". Include the attribute field.

  1. Go to Navigation Panel on the App Journal Entry Analyzer.
  2. Include the association field "Sales order" to rows.
  3. Right click in the sales order field.
  4. Go to Drilldown > Add Attribute.
  5. Select Order Reason checkbox from the available attributes list.
  6. Press OK button.
