3101518 - Customer Information is Missing in the Invoice Output History XML


When you create and open the form template, you cannot see the Customer Information in the form and in the XML.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
  2. Go to the Invoice Documents view.
  3. Search for ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Customer Invoice).
  4. Navigate to the General tab, Customer Information is maintained.
  5. Click on Preview, Customer Information does not appear in the PDF.


The Customer Information is not included in the Output History XML because the XML was generated before the Customer Information was added to the Customer Information sub tab in General tab.

You resubmitted the XML after they added the Customer Information but this will not change the XML data to include the Customer Information as a resubmission does not regenerate the XML, it uses the original data.


The customer information therefore should not be included in the XML this is the expected system behavior.
