3101541 - [onboarding]- Copy address from employee" field is not available in onboarding

For the onbordees the field - "copy address from employee" that is a part of the dependent portlet is not visible. Role Based Permission for the same is provided for the External Onboarding User role.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. “Copy address from employee” field permission is provided to the External Onboarding User role
2. Login as the external user with start date in future
3. Enter the Personal Data Collection step
4. Under Dependents portlet “Copy address from employee” field  is not available

For future dated hires, the option for dependents to Copy Address from Employee is not available. The reason is that the asOfDate addressInfo for now is considered still inactive for new hires. As such the "copy address from employee" (is-same-address-as-person) field from Dependents will not be possible if we cannot get the the addressInfo of the employee.

This is the current expected system behavior. “Copy address from employee” field is not available in onboarding for future dated new hires.
