3101927 - Receives Seamless Login Error When Attempting to Navigate to Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Unable to see dashboard when navigating to onboarding
  • Error message: Your seamless login has failed. Please contact your system administrator. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance.
  2. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0
  3. Error is shown:

          Your seamless login has failed. Please contact your system administrator. 

Cause

Mismatch in the security certificates due to different data centers involved.

Resolution

  • Create a support case with the Onboarding Support Team so back end logs may be reviewed and confirmed.
  • Once checked, an internal Operations request will be created by the processor to correct the issue.
