SAP Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Reproducing the Issue
1. As an external user, go to your LMS external site.
2. Enter username and password incorrectly.
Cause
Username being entered is not an LMS user.
Resolution
The error message only appears when a non-LMS user(without LMS product access) login through LMS login page. We only allow LMS user to login to LMS through PWD login page.
