Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management
  • You have configured multiple levels of approval for FSD dispute cases.
  • After level-1 user approves a dispute, it goes to the level-2 user.
  • However, for level-2 user, the dispute appears to be approved.  The level-2 user can save and confirm the approval.
  • Is this the correct behavior?
