3102059 - SNC error "Resource problem or gssapi library invalid/missing" in Analysis Office

When trying to connect to BW system, the SNC error below occurs:

SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office

SAPCRYPTOLIB does not exist at the given path.

Please refer to SAP KBA 2642538 and check the following accordingly:

1. Locate the SAPCRYPTOLIB files and move to the correct directory.
2. The SAPCRYPTOLIB is incorrect for this platform (i.e. 32bit vs. 64bit) or it does not have same bit as NCo3 used.

If the above causes do not apply, then the problem may be the length of the path (i.e. the number of characters) to the SAPCRYPTOLIB. This is a problem caused by NCo. NCo is not capable of loading the library when the length of the path is more than 100 characters. In this situation, move the SAPCRYPTOLIB to a directory with a shorter path.

If everything is in place but the issue remains, please check section "Connecting AO to a local SAP BW" in SAP KBA 3090746. Make sure the latest version of "SAP Secure Login Client" is installed and SNC_LIB or SNC_LIB_64 environment variable is pointing to correct DLL.

If the issue remains, refer to chapter "Troubleshooting in Analysis" and provide following traces to SAP:

• NCO Level 3 logs
• CPIC Level 2 logs
