3102243 - Lumira Designer report hangs in "Requesting Data from backend" stage

Symptom

When trying to open a Lumia reports (which uses OLAP connection with SSO) the report hangs in "Requesting Data from backend" stage and never opens.

In the server traces, the following error stack or similar is displayed:

com.sap.ip.bi.base.exception.BIBaseRuntimeException: Error: Error occurred while performing bookmark operation saveBookmark with id -, reason: Could not open the file S:\BOE\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Input\a_187\146\011\758459\abc-guid[XYZ].bibok.
