3102259 - [ONBOARDING] How to remove the eSignature status "Not Started" from Data collection Status Window

Symptom

If we do not have eSignature step in the Onboarding process but in the Onboarding status it shows eSignature as "Not Started". Can this be shown as "Not Applicable" instead of "Not Started" or possible to remove the eSignature status?

Reproducing the Issue

Open any candidate and Click action button then check the data collection status, this shows not started

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the product design, This is an expected behavior as we don't have a way to check this.

so it should always shows "Not started" instead of "Not Applicable " for candidates even if we do not have document step too.

 

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior I suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
