3102393 - SAP Work Zone - Admin Console navigation option is missing for admins

Users who have Company or Support admin access in SAP Work Zone are not seeing the expected Administration Console navigation option in the drop down.

• Login to SAP Work Zone as any admin user.
• Click on the Profile image thumbnail on the top right hand corner of the screen to expand the navigation drop down list.
• Administration Console option will not be available in the drop down.
  
  
  
• If alternative navigation to the Admin Console is attempted via App Finder, then admin console will load up normally. Indicating the user indeed has admin access.
   
  
  
  
  
      
     

The "JAM" destination in the BTP Subaccount might be missing some required parameters.

Any missing parameters can be added to the "JAM" destination via the following steps->

• Open the SAP Work Zone Manager. This can be accessed by adding "dt" to the Work Zone URL.
   
      For example: If Work Zone URL is https://demohr.workzonehr.cfapps.sap.hana.ondemand.com
      then the Work Zone Manager can be accessed by the URL https://demohr.dt.workzonehr.cfapps.sap.hana.ondemand.com/
  
  
• Click on the "Work Zone Configurator" option
      
  
  
• Click Proceed with Configurator on the next screen.
      
  
  
• Go to Step 3- SAP Jam Destination, and click "Create a Destination"
     
  
  
• This will update the "JAM" destination in BTP with any previously missing required parameter.
  
  
• Following this the Admin Console option should become available
