3102474 - "Share these credentials when sharing this connection" option not available when creating import connection to SAP Universe in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• "Share these credentials when sharing this connection" check box not available for import connection to SAC.
• The option is available for other SAP import connections like BW, HANA, S4/HANA

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.5.1

1. Login to SAC.
2. Navigate to connections.
3. Create a new import connection to SAP Universe.
4. Option to share credential is not available.

• This is the default behavior.

1. The credentials for an import data connection are always shared when the connection is shared with the other user.
2. This is expected behavior.
