Symptom
- Chat queue is disabled in the Communication Panel (CP)
- If the user runs CDT in parallel (not recommended), the chat queue is also enabled in CP
- Alerts of new incoming e-mails to CP are not triggered; only to CDT
- E-mail queues are also disabled (grayed out), and the agent is unable to subscribe to them
