3102569 - Custom catalog Z1GL_BC_PTP_TC_FF is not getting display in Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

We have an issue where the custom catalog containing the Manage Workflow apps, PTP Maintenance (Z1GL_BC_PTP_TC_FF), no longer appears when assigned to users. Instead, this catalog only appears when the SAP standard technical catalog SAP_TC_PRC_COMMON is assigned to that same user. I have attached a detailed list of the testing performed.
