3102884 - SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone: Navigation from HR cards not working correctly

• Navigation from HR cards in SAP SF Work Zone to the respective SuccessFactors pages not working correctly.
  Examples of HR Cards: My Profile, Org Chart, Development Goals, Learning History etc. 
  
  
• Clicking on HR Cards open up error page, or random SuccessFactors pages instead of the expected page.

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

• Log in to an SAP SF work Zone instance.
• Go to any Work Zone page which has any of the HR Content Package cards added to it. Like- My Profile, Org Chart, etc.
  
• Click on any navigable sections of the card. This is expected to open the corresponding SF page for the logged-in user.
  For example- clicking on any of the profile names in the Org Chart card will open the SF people profile page of that 'clicked upon' user.
  
• But the expected SF page will not open. Instead, it may open up any random error page, or show error popups on the screen.

This issue is usually caused when the required Navigation Apps are not created for the Work Zone instance. 

For the SF navigation from any HR Content Package card to work, the required Navigation apps need to have been created for that Work Zone tenant. It is a mandatory pre-requisite.
