3102980 - Candidate unable to see applications when forwarded to a job requisition.

Symptom

When a candidate is forwarded to a requisition the application does not appear under the candidate my application in the career site. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Career site.
  2. View Jobs Applied Portlet.
  3. Candidate application does not appear in Jobs Applied. 

Cause

Expected Behavior.

Resolution

The candidate will only see the applications under Jobs applied when the candidate has submitted the application. If the candidate is forwarded to a job requisition they will need to be invited to apply in order for the application to appear in Jobs Applied.
