3103001 - Career Site Builder - Darker background on Mobile devices - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

On Mobile devices, the page background appears darker than what is configured in CSB.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
  • Career Site Builder

Reproducing the Issue

Open the page on mobile browser and the background is black of dark grey.

Cause

This issue appears specifically on Samsung devices and their integrated browsers when the Night mode is activated.
If using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.), the site is displayed as expected.

Resolution

Currently, a fix is not planned for this situation.
