Symptom

Values have not been cumulated in SAC story when using Attributes of an Account Dimension.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2021.14.17 (Client)
  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2021.14.15 (Server)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. According to the below help guide:

    The asset and liability types are aggregated over time and must be linked to an aggregation dimension in the model (such as the built-in Date dimension).
  2. Create an excel file as attached sample data.
  3. In SAC, create the model “Accounts” with the following Account-Dimension:
  4. Uploaded the sample data of the Excel file to the model and created the story “Sap Note Account” on top of the model:
  6. As you can see the signs are reversed as expected. But the values have not been cumulated. With assets and liabilities, the amount should be 200 EUR in 001.2021 respectively 300 EUR in 002.2021.
