3103225 - Time off business rule scenarios are missing

Symptom

Business rule scenarios under time off section are missing when the customer tries to create a new rule

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to manage business rules
  2. Create new rule
  3. Under time off, scenarios like absence validation and accrual etc. are missing

Cause

It is a cache issue. 

or the system is enabled of Leave of Absence Only.

Resolution

  1. For customers: Please raise a case with SAP to resolve this issue. The cache has to be cleared by running a script in the backend.
  2. For Support Engineers: Please see the internal memo

Please note:

  • Absence Counting Configuration is not supported for Leave Of Absence Only
    • if you using LOA Only Absence Counting Configuration will not be listed in the Scenario options
