3103380 - 'Current user is neither Owner nor Manager of the selected region' when changing workstatus

Symptom

  • In the BPC embedded work status setting, assigning Team Property as Owner in the Entity dimension.
  • When trying to change the work status with a user that belongs to the team, this error occured "Current user is neither Owner nor Manager of the selected region".
  • After reviewing KBA 2688633, the error persists.
