3103530 - Outbound RFC queues on ECC system for CRM destination remain in status NOSENDS

Symptom

  • CRM middleware queues created in SMQ1 of the ECC have status NOSENDS and have to be processed manually. 
  • Delta, initial and and/or request load queues are stcuk in status NOSENDS on the ECC outbound queue.
