3103557 - Custom richText field doesn't display the editing tools in the Job Application as it does in the Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

When creating a custom richText field in the Job Application doesn't show the same tools it does in the Job Requisition page, instead, it shows as a regular field from the Recruiter perspective.

This is a system expected behavior.

As of now the system doesn't show the same tools that it does for Job Requisition since in the job requisition can be used for styling the posting, which doesn't apply for recruiter's view.
