3103571 - Changes are not reflected in TODO card after changes for a Recruiting topic - Latest Home Page Experience

A user makes some changes in a Recruiting topic, for example, a pending approval job requisition, once checking the ToDo card, the changes are not reflected. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Make sure you are the "current with" user for that job requisition;
2. Make a change in a field that is part of the todo card, job requisition for example;
3. Navigate to the home page and check the TODO card related to this pending approval job requisition;
4. The title is still not updated in TODO card; 

Note: The issue can be reproducible in any pending item from recruiting.

This is an expected behavior. 

The todo cards are meant to make users aware they need to take action on a certain item. Once this user is notified and start take action, if changes are performed the todo card is not updated until it is moved to the next approver. It other words, the user will see the item in the todo, do necessary actions and changes, at this point nothing is updated back in the card, once the user is done with the changes, the user moves it to the next approver. The next approver will see the updated version of the card with all the changes reflecting.
