3103637 - Ship-to partner changed in sales order created with background processing

Symptom

A sales order is created in a background process, e.g. BAPI/IDoc or replicating an order from CRM system.
In the input data a ship-to party is sent, but in the sales order a different ship-to party has been determined.
There is no message about the change of ship-to party.
However, in VA01 the user gets message VP204 which indicates that the ship-to party can not be used.
