3103692 - Comments are not visible in view absence

Approver declined workflow with comment which is not visible in the View Absence under Administer Time UI>Absence>Leave Request>View Absence.

Comment is displayed as "-". For few leave requests, comment is visible.

1. Navigate to Administer Time UI>Absence tab
2. Click on specific Leave Request
3. View Absence UI pop-up
4. Comment is blank for one leave request
5. For other leave request comment is visible

Only workflow initiator comments will be visible under comment field in the View Absence UI under Administer Time UI>Absence>Leave Request>View Absence

You can check activity log of the leave request with comment visible in the view absence UI

Employee can view the comments in the Activity Log under ESS UI >Show All>Absence Tab>Select specific leave request>Click on Show in Calendar

Admin/Manager can view the comments under Manage Workflow Request.
