3103830 - Error while activating BAC elements of solution. Report an incident.

You are trying to activate the BAC file in your Custom Solution and you receive the below info messages without any error details:

"Error while activating BAC elements of solution YXXXXXXXY_. Report an incident."

"Details: see application log: PDI_BC / BAC / KUSERID1234:20210101_120101 from 01.01.2021."

You have multiple Business Configuration Sets (BCC) with similar file names. The first 20 characters of the file names are used in the generation of back end artifacts. If the first 20 characters are identical, the back end artifacts cannot be generated successfully.

You must re-create the BCC files to correct this issue. SAP advise using maximum of 20 characters in the naming of Business Configuration solution content and acronyms where appropriate.
