Symptom

XPSERVER is not starting after applying patches on OS.

There are the following error messages in the ASE's log:

00:0006:00000:00426:2021/09/27 15:04:16.13 server Can't send to site 'YYYYYYY_XP'.

When trying to execute ‘xp_cmdshell date’, then the following error is reported:
