Symptom

  • Connection test of a CamelJdbcAdapter remote source to MySQL fails with error.
  • Error message in the console:
    "SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Could not get tables"
  • DPAgent framework.trc shows the following error:
    [ERROR] JdbcMetadataBrowser | ExceptionUtil.newAdapterException  - Failed to query schemas.
                                    org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.)
