After click to update workflow and add comments system does not save comments after confirm update.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Cause
User does not click Post button on comments session.
Resolution
When updating a workflow you need to post comment on the form and then save will save all the data on the form.
If the comments are not posted to the form, then the update form will get saved without the comments
