3104712 - Error 2.991 'table config for index is not valid' when displaying data from standard InfoCube

Error during LISTCUBE execution over a standard InfoCube:

• table config for index <schema_name>:0BW:BIA:<technical_name_of_cube> is not valid/[Request Info: Object Name = "<schema_name>"."0BW:BIA:<technical_name_of_cube>", FM N
• TREX_DBS_AGGREGATE]
• Error 2.991 has occurred in the BWA/SAP HANA server
• Error reading the data of InfoProvider <technical_name_of_cube>$X

Additionally to this, RSDDB_LOGINDEX_CREATE program on this InfoCube may fail with error:

• Logical index for object <technical_name_of_cube> is not supported at present

Activation of the InfoCube may finish with no related error message at this time.

In the table RSDCUBE for the standard InfoCube, the field CUBESUBTYPE has the value C with short text 'Based on Function Module'.
