Resolution
Under the "Grant Proxy Rights:" section, the list of modules are displayed.
There are 3 options which together allow a proxy user to view and access Performance Management-releated data:
- Performance Manager Forms: This option controls whether the proxy user can access the Performance Forms.
- Performance Tab: This option controls whether the proxy user can access the Performance tab.
- Home Page Tab: This option controls whether the proxy user can access the Home Page.
There are 3 separate combinations of the above options that allow a proxy user to access the Performance-related module information:
- 1+2: Performance Manager Forms and Performance Tab options selected -> The Proxy user can see the Performance tab and the forms under the Performance tab.
- 1+3: Performance Manager Forms and Home Page Tab -> The Proxy user can access the Home Page and access the forms listed under the "Review Performance" To Do dialogue. The Proxy user cannot access the Performance Inbox via the Performance tab.
- 2+3: Performance Tab and Home Page Tab - > The Proxy user can access the Home Page and Performance tab, but cannot view forms under the "Review Performance" To Do dialogue, and cannot view the forms listed in the Performance Inbox.
