Reproducing the Issue

  1. App: My Inbox
  2. Select All Tasks and Choose the SES which is due for approval
  3. Click on Release

Error: Cannot process task. For more information, see the details

Purchasing document not yet released

 

Resolution

For Service Entry Sheet to be released, the source purchase order should always be in Approved Status only
