3104906 - How to Access CDS Tenant

Symptom

When trying to access your Context-Driven Services tenant, you are met with one of the below issues:

  • The tenant URL is unknown.
  • You cannot locate the invitation email.
  • When attempting to login, the following error is displayed: "You have no access to this project. Please contact the project administrator.".
  • You are not aware of who the project administrator is.
  • The project administrator has left the company since the tenant was initially provisioned.
