3105127 - When doing a back dated parent position correction the JobInfo supervisor gets out of sync

Symptom

The parent position in a position record has been corrected and the changes are not forward propagated and thus the supervisor in the JobInfo gets out of sync .  Please note record is maintained in Position as below. 

Before:

Position B2nd June 2021Position A

Position B15th June 2021Position A

After position record correction:

PositionEffective DateParent Position
Position B15th June 2021Position A
Position B2nd June 2021Position C


Supervisor of Incumbent of Position B: Incumbent of Position A as of 2nd June

Before:

Incumbent Effective DateSupervisor
Position B2nd June 2021Incumbent of Position A

After position record correction:

IncumbentEffective DateSupervisor
Position B2nd June 2021Incumbent of Position C

Even though the Position B has the parent Position A as of 15th June, the supervisor is not adapted as of this date, since the parent position correction on 2nd June was not forward propagated and no Hierarchy Adaptation happened on the 15th June
