Symptom

While performing an upgrade to Netweaver 7.5 customer gets an error during the phase RUN_UPGTABSIZE

Case1:

A4 ESUPG 423 Get table size on "DB6" from DB_STATISTICS_DATA_READ
A4 ESUPG 164 Function module "DB_STATISTICS_DATA_READ" failed with sy-subrc="2"
A4 ESUPG 320 Statistics for "0" tables read
A2EESUPG 498 Cannot get size information for tables. Please create DB statistics.

Case2:

A4 ESUPG 422 Get tables disk size on HDB for schema "sapsid" on connection "DEFAULT"
A4 ESUPG 320 Statistics for "0" tables read
