Symptom

  • File SYBASE.opt is used to control license use and restricts the use of the product to some users.
    Example:
       GROUP PD_Arch User1 User2
       INCLUDE PD_EAR GROUP PD_Arch

  • Another user who is not defined in the .opt file, e.g. User3 can create and modify models.

  • This user has the Edit on Web privilege granted.
