3105404 - Unable to Delete Portal Notes from Ticket Interactions


You notice that it is not possible to delete the portal notes from your ticket interactions tab.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Service work center.
  2. Navigate to Tickets work center view.
  3. Open any ticket.
  4. Navigate to Interactions tab.
  5. See the Portal Note.
  6. Click to edit the ticket.
  7. See it is not possible to delete it.


This is the system expected behavior.


This feature is not supported in the current release of SAP Cloud for Customer.
