3105697 - Date dimension will changed to General after exporting SAC stories to XLSX

When exporting date in SAC to XLSX, the date type dimension will changed to General in Format cells.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.20.1

1. Create a story include date dimension. eg: 2021-05-06, 2021/05/06.
2. Click Export.
3. In File Type select XLSX.
4. Save the XLSX file.
5. Open the XLSX, right click the date dimension, click Format cells..., the type is General.

The symptom is by design.

• After exporting to XLSX, if the Date format is expected, would you please provide a feature enhancement by referring below KBA.

• Export to CSV type as workaround.
