3105855 - Error when editing the Candidate Profile Template Background Element Instruction "has exceeded its maximum allowed character limit of 1,024"- Recruiting Management

When trying to add an instruction to the background element, an error is thrown when saving the template both through Provisioning or Manage Templates:

Error: The field instruction in background element [Background Element ID] has exceeded its maximum allowed character limit of 1,024 with [NUMBER OR CHARACTERS] characters.
