Deleted PR item is still shown in 'document overview' of app 'Created Purchase Order - Advanced' when creating PO

Product version: SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2108

1. create PR in manage PR 

2. delete one item of this PR

3. create PO in app 'Created Purchase Order - Advanced' and check document overview

4. the deleted item in step 2 is still shown in document overview

Displaying the items that are marked as deleted is the normal behavior.
The deleted item is also visible in the Purchase Requisition Advanced App.

By changing the layout, it is possible to make the deletion indicator visible in the Document Overview.
