3106151 - Stock Overview Record Limit

You want to know the maximum number of records you can view and export to Microsoft Excel from the Stock Overview screen.

1. Navigate to any of the work centers where Stock Overview is available, for example the: Inbound Logistics.
2. Go to the common Tasks and select Stock Overview.
3. Execute the query.
4. Click on the button 'Export' and select 'To Microsoft Excel'.
5. You want to know the MAXIMUM number of records that can be displayed and that you can export to Excel.

You can view and export up to 10,000 records at a time. You can use the Advanced Filters to limit the data.
