3106255 - List of Fields that Will Face UTC changes for Reports

A new version of some date fields for Table, Tile, and Canvas reports is available. The new versions are suffixed with (Timestamp). For more information, please review the Community page New Data Fields in Reporting supporting Tenant Preferred Time Zone in 2H 2021 Release.

IMPORTANT

• We highly recommend that you replace the older date columns in your Table, Tile, and Canvas reports with their newer version, which are time zone resilient.
• Additionally, you must use only the newer version of the date fields in all your future reports.
• If your required actions are not carried out before the platform time is changed to UTC 30 days prior to your transition to the hyperscaler environment, you may incur potential issues. Reports which included fields in local time could start bringing time in UTC instead.
• Schema changes will also be visible in SuccessFactors APIs and integrations. Please review 3140223 - FAQ: SuccessFactors DataCenter time Zone as UTC for more details.
